Our History

1953
Fred began restoring works of art in the early 50s, through the years Fred worked for clients in the U.K. and abroad such as the Royal family, Blenheim palace, Paul Getty Collection and Canadian National gallery.

1983
Alison started her apprenticeship with her father at school, assisting him on all his projects. She has since spent many years perfecting the traditional methods her father passed down to her.

2008
After Fred’s move to Cornwall 10 years ago, Alison has taken over the running of the business with the same values as her father had in the early 50s. Her international experience includes work for the Canadian National Gallery, the Victorian preservation Centre of Oakland California and private customers in Asia and South America.

2018
